Salu V Prasad is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting, Economics, and Finance area at TAPMI. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad. Her thesis title is: ‘The Efficacy of Involuntary Corporate Governance Regulations’. She has Master’s in Commerce and Business Administration from Pondicherry University, Puducherry. She has completed her graduation in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. Prior to joining Ph.D., she had around 2 years experience in academia.
