Venkatesh, a performance-driven engineering professional, has around six years of B2B international business development work experience in the manufacturing and engineering R&D services, mainly for automotive, aerospace, and machinery sectors. His corporate background consists of technical and commercial expertise with an extensive scope of responsibility, proven success, and a track record of delivering optimal results in high-expectation environments through initiatives that exceed performance targets. Apart from ER&D services, he also worked in the finance sector for business/sales of financial products for around three years. After about nine years of work experience in the corporate sectors, he joined Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, Germany, a high-ranked research institution funded by the German government, to complete his master’s in Systems Engineering & Engineering Management. He further continued his studies and completed his doctoral program in strategic management, including MBA coursework from MDI Gurgaon. He is currently a faculty member for the strategy & general management area at TAPMI. In addition, start-ups and medium-based manufacturing firms consult him in strategic management and operations management areas.
