LADC focuses on developing students’ leadership competencies using scientific assessment methods and personalized development plans, preparing them for dynamic and complex business environments. The Centre for Sustainability, or the T A Pai Centre for Sustainability and Competitiveness (TCSC), drives sustainability-related initiatives by integrating environmental, social, and economic principles into business education.
