  • Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL)- a key player in India’s energy sector, operates in a complex and highly regulated industry that requires strong leadership and operational efficiency. TAPMI collaborates with MRPL to develop leadership acumen and strategic management skills among its executives, ensuring they are equipped to manage the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. The Leadership Development Program, a 3-day Management Development Program (MDP), has been conducted across seven batches. It enhances leadership presence, strategic problem-solving, and operational efficiency. Participants gain insights into business agility, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Through case studies and role-play exercises, they learn to manage high-pressure decision-making, improve operational oversight, and drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL)- India’s leading oil and gas company, managing an extensive network of dealers and LPG distributors. Given the evolving market landscape and increased competition, BPCL has partnered with TAPMI to enhance its dealers’ and distributors’ business acumen, service quality, and operational efficiency. The Capacity Building Initiative for BPCL Dealers and BPCL LPG Distributors, a 3-day MDP, has been conducted across fourteen batches. This program equips participants with customer relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and strategic business sustainability insights. The training helps BPCL retail dealers refine their understanding of market trends, operational efficiency, and service differentiation. At the same time, BPCL LPG distributors receive specialized guidance on maintaining competitiveness, compliance with safety regulations, and improving customer experience. Through experiential learning and interactive case discussions, participants better understand effective dealership management and long-term business growth strategies.
  • Canara Bank – one of India’s largest public sector banks, requiring its regional managers and senior executives to possess robust financial decision-making and leadership capabilities. TAPMI’s programs provide banking professionals with tools to effectively manage performance, customer engagement, and risk. The First-Time Regional Managers Leadership Training (6-day MDP) and Women’s Leadership Development Program (3-day MDP) have been delivered across six batches. These programs strengthen financial performance management, customer relationship strategies, and risk assessment. Women leaders develop expertise in strategic networking, leadership presence, and career progression. Additionally, the Advaita – Women Executives Training and Mid-Career Training focus on career resilience, negotiation skills, and leadership readiness, enabling participants to transition into senior roles by mastering change management and strategic leadership.
  • Union Bank of India – the client wanted to enhance its frontline staff’s ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high operational and ethical banking standards. TAPMI’s training program ensures employees develop leadership and people skills for effective customer interactions. The SUCCESS – Customer Service & Leadership Training, a 2-day MDP with forty-three batches across South India, refines communication skills, service standards, and conflict resolution techniques. The training focuses on enhancing customer experience, improving service turnaround times, and developing problem-solving abilities. Employees also receive insights on ethical banking, fraud prevention, and digital banking advancements, ensuring they uphold high service standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)- As a leader in the petroleum sector, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) requires its employees to demonstrate strong leadership, innovation, and operational management capabilities. TAPMI provides specialized training programs to help employees drive process efficiency and enhance customer engagement. The Catalysing Leadership Potential Program, Leadership & Team Building for Women Employees, and Art of Selling for Managers have been conducted across three batches. These programs focus on decision-making, crisis management, and leadership development. The sales training equips managers with customer engagement strategies and negotiation skills. At the same time, the leadership program for women employees fosters confidence, resilience, and team collaboration, enabling them to navigate the challenges of a male-dominated industry.
  • LIC Housing Finance Ltd. – Operates in a dynamic and competitive financial sector, requiring its leaders to develop risk assessment and customer-centric business practices. TAPMI collaborated with LIC Housing Finance to provide training that helps emerging leaders drive business growth while mitigating financial risks. The Future Leaders Training Program, a 2-day MDP delivered over two batches, equips participants with skills in financial risk analysis, strategic leadership, and customer lifecycle management. The program emphasizes decision-making in volatile markets, enhancing negotiation skills, and optimizing mortgage lending strategies to help leaders manage housing finance portfolios and regulatory challenges effectively.
  • Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) – U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC) requires effective leadership and collaboration to drive innovation in space research. TAPMI partnered with ISRO to deliver a 2 -day leadership program to enhance building trust, teamwork, and organizational productivity. Participants engage in trust-building exercises, effective communication strategies, and problem-solving techniques. The training strengthens cross-functional collaboration and leadership effectiveness, enabling ISRO’s workforce to enhance mission success and improve constructive interdepartmental collaboration in high-stakes projects.

The Online MBA in Banking and Financial Services (BKFS) is a two-year, fully online program designed for professionals in the BFSI sector who aspire to take on leadership roles. This program provides a comprehensive understanding of banking operations, financial markets, digital banking, and risk management. With an industry-relevant curriculum and flexible learning approach, the BKFS program is ideal for working professionals seeking career advancement without disrupting job commitments. The program runs successfully with two batches, offering participants a dynamic and immersive learning experience. One of the key highlights of the program is its faculty, which includes some of the best minds in the banking and financial services industry. Senior leaders, banking veterans, and financial experts bring real-world insights into the classroom, enriching the learning process with case studies, industry trends, and practical applications. This direct industry engagement ensures that participants gain firsthand knowledge of the evolving financial landscape and are equipped with the skills to navigate complex banking challenges.

TCEL’s Open Programs provide specialized training workshops for professionals and faculty members. These programs cover research methodologies, digital education strategies, and financial literacy.

  • The Experimental Design for Research FDP, held on February 14-15, is a two-day program that hosted seventy-two participants. This program gave faculty and researchers a deeper understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling. Through interactive sessions, participants gained direct experience designing experiments, analyzing data, and applying rigorous research methodologies to enhance the quality of their academic publications and research projects.
  • The Nurturing Future Leaders Program, conducted under the Malaviya Mission Teachers Training Program (MMTTP) by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, empowers educators with leadership skills, innovative teaching methodologies, and strategic educational planning. This initiative focuses on developing a forward-thinking mindset among faculty members, enabling them to mentor and guide students effectively. By incorporating best practices in pedagogy, digital learning tools, and case-based discussions, participants enhance their ability to shape future leaders in academia and industry. The FDP is a comprehensive 5-day program.
  • Enhancing Digital Competencies in Teaching & Personality Development – WGSHA FDP, conducted for faculty members of the Welcomgroup School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), is a two-day program that equips educators with essential digital teaching methodologies and personality development skills. This FDP focuses on leveraging digital tools to improve student engagement, interactive learning techniques, and the effective use of online teaching platforms. Additionally, it enhances faculty members’ personal branding, communication, and mentorship skills, enabling them to create a more dynamic and student-centric learning environment.
  • TCEL’s Certification Programs offer structured learning experiences in analytics, leadership, and financial services. These programs are designed to provide specialized knowledge and practical skills that enhance participants’ professional credentials and industry relevance.
