These igniting words from a famous scientist S. Swaminathanoften kindled Shailly’s heart and fueled an inspiration to become a social researcher. She has done Ph.D./FPM programme from Indian Institute of Management (Kozhikode), India under Quantitative Methods and Operations Management field to solve the real challenges such as child malnutrition, good health and well-being in India, Africa and the USA.. Prior to that, she has obtained M. Tech degree from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai. During her tenure at IIMK, she was the recipient of awards such as Decision Science, POMS, IFORS-EURO, Wipro Earthian award. She has around 5 years of job experience in the industry including Research and development and data analytics field.
