TAPMI Summer Internship Program: Leveraging a Legacy of Excellence

The Leadership Assessment and Development Centre (LADC) centre evaluates each student’s personality traits, relationship quotient, and leadership potential, benchmarking them against qualities essential for transformational leadership. Through a structured approach, LADC delivers the essence of leadership — the “Be, Know, and Do” philosophy — empowering students to cultivate self-awareness, acquire essential skills, and take confident, impactful actions in their professional journeys.

To complement leadership development, TAPMI offers tailored career planning and counseling sessions. An annual highlight, Disha spans over weekends, offering an interactive platform where business leaders engage with students and faculty, sharing their industry experiences and insights. Ignite:

Amid the disruption caused by the pandemic, TAPMI adapted by leveraging virtual platforms through Ignite, a series of webinars where industry leaders shared insights from their professional journeys and organizational experiences, providing valuable perspectives to students learning remotely.

Tailored Corporate Training Programs:

TAPMI collaborates with corporate partners to deliver bespoke training programs. In 2021-22, a specialized two-day HR Analytics program was offered to 136 executives from 28 corporate partners. These programs showcase the institution’s applied research and consulting capabilities, offering impactful learning opportunities.

T A Pai Young HR Leader Award:

As a knowledge partner to the Great Manager Award, TAPMI supports the nomination and evaluation process. The prestigious T. A. Pai Young HR Leader Award recognizes HR leaders for their innovative practices and contributions to the profession and society.
